Towerview Care currently require a Receptionist/Administrator to work as part of our administration team at Woodborough Heights in Mapperley Nottingham
Reporting into the Administrator and working alongside each other, we are looking for a friendly, confident individuals that have a professional, confident telephone manner with an ability to meet, greet plus signpost visitors and deal with queries. Support includes the smooth running of the homes with a particular focus on reception and telephone services.
The successful post holders will be responsible for running the reception, communicating with all areas of the homes and undertaking word processing as directed. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Candidates will need to have a good working knowledge and experience of MS Word and MS Excel. Experience of working in a care home environment is desirable however a passion for engaging with working age or older adults with dementia and associated conditions is essential.
