About The Role
To assist in and in the absence of the Chef take responsibility for, organizing and controlling the efficient and economic production of food within budget, whilst maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulation. Ensure that everyone is treated using the principles of Care i.e. that our ladies and gentlemen’s individual rights to respect, privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
What we are looking for someone to:
· To prepare, cook and serve high quality hot and cold meals as and when required.
· Provide for special dietary requirements where necessary and to take account the preferences of our ladies and gentlemen.
· Assist in planning/costing less in order to provide a balanced nutritious diet, making the best use of the available fresh food.
